It’s recommended that you will be at home for us to demonstrate the whole process to ensure your satisfaction. However, we can also carry out the removal service alone — the loss or damage of your household items and valuables isn’t our liability in this case.
You are welcome to give us your feedback at all times and we will resolve the issue on a case-by-case basis.
Should there be any damages that caused unintentionally by us, the company will make a full refund of the service cost on the damage furniture, and the maximum amount should not exceed 2 times of service cost.
All of our cleaners will be trained for up to one month before going on site to carry out their own duties.
